Today sleep untill 11am only wake up. After took my brunch, only pack my thing and go to Fitness First!
Oh,today so lucky that I am on time to attend the Yoga Class. Next is Body Jam! Yahoo~~~1st time in the Yoga class is so hard to work out. 2nd time in the Body Jam class, feel joy cos can catch the step already.
Less than one month work out at the centre, I can experience the work out! I hav to exercise more, this is another good way for me to release stress! If not I will be terrible panic and tension.
